A brief summary of what you do

I am responsible for ensuring that our northern customers receive the best possible service from the point of the order to completion. Producing internal working schedules specific to each call off and individual delivery requirements.
I handle all communication from our contract customers, both from head office and the site teams, helping with any queries or questions they may have regarding their order and liaising with our internal contracts department, to ensure all requirements are met and call offs are sent correctly and on time.

Favourite project or client you’ve worked with and why

I enjoy working with Highwood Construction at Ampfield Meadows. I particularly like co ordinating the requirements of multiple site managers and together, ensuring deadlines are met and overcoming any issues we come up against. We have a good partnership and I like working with the whole onsite team.
