Secure mailboxes are synonymous with private residential, student living and other such apartment developments generally in their respective communal entrance foyer areas. They are available in a multitude of different types and sizes from horizontal to vertical; security to fire-rated; and front retrieval to through-the-wall applications. Not to mention the variety of colours and materials that are available, there is almost a design or colour scheme to suit every application, whether it’s for ‘secured by design’, fire rating or budgetary requirements, we have the box for the job!
The most common applications for mailboxes are positioned either freestanding, wall mounted or recessed within a wall. Their construction means they are suitable for both internal and external use. Even when space is at a premium, they can easily take A4 mail and they all comply with current British Standards and Secured by Design Homes 2016 Requirements where relevant. Although these are usually provided on a “Supply Only” basis, we can offer an installation service to your banks of boxes to ensure they are fitted correctly in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations. Standard or even bespoke joinery works can be provided as a decorative surround for ‘island’ banks as well if your project’s design requires. MySmartBox is a collection of electronically secured parcel boxes enabling residents to receive “home deliveries” securely at any time and then retrieve their parcels when it suits them. Equally suitable for outlets wishing to adapt to and benefit from Click and Collect services, the boxes are available in different sizes from Small to XXL that are arranged to suit the client’s and their building’s needs and wishes. The system is easy to use for any delivery driver to securely deposit a parcel in one of the boxes, before the system sends a message to the recipient notifying them that their parcel(s) has been delivered.

Alternatively, engraving options are also available for personalisation of each box on a plastic plate to go behind the Perspex window, or even direct engraving onto the letter flap or door of the box.
