John Planck Ltd started back in 1990 when the company was created by the late and great John Planck – a well-respected industry figure, second-generation ironmonger, who had already served one term as President of the Guild of Architectural Ironmongers. Given the opportunity to relocate his family by his then employer, John decided instead to stay put and set up the business as the first specialist architectural ironmongery company in Kent and the rest is… history!
John Planck Ltd now consists of John Planck, John Monaghan and HAF – originally three companies who all worked happily alongside each other under the same holding company but now who are all part of the John Planck Ltd family. It’s still an award-winning family run, independent business that proudly supports architects, interior designers and contractors to deliver excellence in every project.
