Since joining the company, my focus has been on strengthening customer relationships and supporting projects from start to finish. I’ve expanded my expertise in the ironmongery industry, achieving a Diploma in Fire Doors (Dip FD) and Registered Architectural Ironmonger status (Reg AI). This knowledge allows me to confidently advise both current and potential customers on their project requirements. I work closely with architects and contractors to create complete specifications and ironmongery schedules, ensuring design intent is met while complying with all relevant building standards and regulations. Across the company, I collaborate with all teams to deliver an excellent service right through to project completion.

Favourite project or client you’ve worked with and why
The Royal Grammar School – This prestigious project demanded a specification that combined high-end finishes with durability for a busy educational environment. It required two separate finishes in different areas of the school, and in some cases, different finishes on each side of a door leaf. We coordinated with multiple manufacturers to ensure all design requirements were met, providing the client and our customer with solutions that were a perfect fit.

Favourite Product/Finish
My favourite finish is definitely PVD bronze, such as on a lever handle with a rose or a pull handle. It not only offers a rich, deep colour but also benefits from the durability of PVD technology, helping extend the life of the build.
