A brief summary of what you do

I work closely with the sales team to put together the quotations and schedules for customers and potential customers. I also act as a point of contact for customer enquiries and sales orders. I’m currently working closely with Hollie to pass on some of my 50 years industry knowledge in estimating and sales.

Favourite project or client you’ve worked with and why

I scheduled and secured a large number of Holiday Inn Express projects – as a series of projects, they required meticulous management and the clients were great to deal with.

Your favourite product/finish?

Chestnut Bronze – it really emphasises any detailing on the ironmongery and the lighter shade variations offer subtle highlights.
