A brief summary of what you do

Once your door and ironmongery schedules are confirmed with the sales teams and an order is placed with us, I liaise closely with the various suppliers and manufacturers to ensure all products are on track to meet your project timelines and specifications. I am your dedicated point of contact for the duration of supply and assist the entire project team with any queries, tweaks or concerns they may have, ultimately managing the delivery of the project to completion.   

Favourite project/client:  

My favourite project was the Royal Opera House refurbishment in 2017/2018; this is for many reasons, from the Ironmongery used, the inventive designs and also the prestige of the building. We also worked with one of my favourite customers on this project, Swift Crafted, who we have worked with on many large projects. The site team that I worked closely with at the Royal Opera House were one of the best I have worked with over my 20 plus years’ experience which made the project one of the most enjoyable projects that I have been involved with.    

Favourite finish/product:  

Probably Concealed Hinges (found in our hinges catalogue) as they are perfect for minimalist and clean interiors – as for a finish I would say Antique Brass.
