A brief summary of what you do
As Regional Technical Director, I do a mixture of both customer facing specifications, estimating and contract administration as well as providing technical support and trouble shooting.
With over 30 years industry experience, there aren’t many situations or problems that I haven’t encountered, and I am proud to have personally been honoured with several prestigious industry awards:
Favourite project or client you’ve worked with and why
My favourite and probably most prestigious project is St Cross College, Oxford. It was a demanding specification for its time due to using a mixture of top quality, contemporary, polished bronze and polished stainless steel – sometimes on the same door and requiring mixed finish cylinders.
Your favourite product/finish?
My favourite material is solid bronze, unlacquered, because it reacts to its environment and can be maintained in a highly polished state or allowed to oxidise and develop a natural Verdigris patina.
