A brief summary of what you do
I help customers with sales orders and technical enquiries, run projects from the point of ordering until they are complete on site, produce occasional ironmongery schedules and arrange sample boards to be produced and delivered to site when required. I’m usually one of the customer’s first points of contact as I share the answering of incoming calls in Chatham – ensuring that our customers can speak to someone who can answer technical and product enquiries quickly.
Favourite project or client you’ve worked with and why
My favourite project was Orchard Wharf, as there were a wide variety of items supplied from standard Internal Door Ironmongery to bespoke Mailboxes in a special Bronze Finish.
Your favourite product/finish?
My favourite finish is copper as it looks striking when it’s new and also develops amazing character over time. Given the events of the last few years, I also appreciate its natural antimicrobial and antibacterial properties in its unlacquered form.
